When you request a free AI visibility audit, we collect:
- Your business name
- Your website URL
- Your email address
If you book a paid Sprint session or Monitor subscription, we also collect basic contact and payment details needed to deliver the service.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to:
- Generate and deliver your AI visibility audit
- Contact you about your audit, booking, or subscription
- Send occasional updates about SeenByAI services, which you can opt out of at any time
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We don't use your data for anything beyond delivering and improving the service you've requested.
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by SeenByAI in the course of delivering your service.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any SeenByAI email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every message, or by emailing hello@seenbyai.co.nz with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@seenbyai.co.nz with "delete my data" in the subject line. We'll action this within 5 working days.
